Well, that didn't last long did it. After a first release, GitLab have already pulled down the Nintendo Switch emulator suyu, due to a DMCA hit as a result of it being forked from yuzu which Nintendo shut down.

    From the email from gitlab, this sounds like gitlab being overly cautious, rather than nintendo filing a notice against Suyu itself.

    The notice sounds like the DMCA was filed against yuzu, and gitlab is choosing to remove all forks of yuzu.
