Despite a summer of record-setting heat, new polling shows that Republican voters still don't see a warming planet as a concern.     No one wants to stop manufacturing because they will fall behind China. This is like the civ 6 game where everyone is trying to win a culture war or space race and that one guy is still hoarding tanks and oil. He wants to end it quick before you take the reliance on oil away.
