The interview discusses the 5 S’s used to remember the functions of the pelvic floor, the potential effects hormones might have on those muscles over time, and how to best mitigate risks — aside from kegels. It’s really hard to find articles on this that aren’t by TERFs, and I appreciated the frank but respectful tone.
