    Self-harm and major depressive disorder are mutually exclusive. While they certainly can be comorbidities, it’s not common. But if you do feel down the road that you want help, there’s no shame in it. Mental illness is a no fault condition.

      What do you mean by this? I thought self-harm is often a symptom of depression.
