But real talk, this is actually me. My mother died some years ago, but my father is still alive. I have not spoken to him in years and I don’t intend to. I’m an old man and I still have nightmares about some of the stuff they put me through.
They know what they did. Unless they’re super narcissistic. Both cases, fuck em, enjoy your life and do better than what came before you.
I constantly cover my phone’s screen when entering the lockscreen. Sometimes I use biometrics so I wouldn’t have to cover the screen. I always have a ritual of disabling biometrics before going to sleep, and double check, triple check, quadriple check, ti make sure biometrics are disabled. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of sleeping and check to make sure my phone is locked. I don’t trust any device that doesn’t have verified boot, so for me, locked bootloaders are actually better for me, since the more locked down, the more secure it is (even if its less private and google can spy on me), I worry more about people IRL than big corp. I feel like I grew up in a warzone, even if it isn’t a literal warzone.
Part of a normal and complete high school experience.
