With those images, the no lifeguard beach obviously. Looks like a chill beach. They should have drawn it super dangerously, rocks, animals, whatever. Like this its a no-brainer.

Well, I might take a walk along the beach without the lifeguard while I call in to report the one allegedly trying to drown people.
If he’s been at it long enough to paint a wooden sign about it, I think the authorities are aware.
