I can’t believe that anything with Saoirse Ronan and Paul Mescal could be so panned by critics. It must really be a stinker of a film if even those two acting powerhouses can’t save it :/
It blows my mind. I did a triple take when I was making the post when I saw the RT score. It’s since gone up to 19% but I still can’t believe so many critics hated it. This from the director of Lion (2016) as well.
Oof that rating’s not so good.
Wow. Didn’t expect these ratings… Still gonna watch it, but will have lower my expectations I guess.
