Just tattoo over them with skin tone, duh. Then if you make them too smal, simply tattoo over them again to fix it.

Easier just to use some paint
Maybe in a stick form?
But then you would need to do it again and again when the paint wears off. That’s too much of a hassle, nobody would ever do that! /s
