After a lot of turmoil it looks like Zambezi Zinger is finally going to open to the public next week. The winners of the first rider auction were given rides this morning (despite the coaster already having been soft-opened previously).
This honestly looks like a seriously fun ride. I hope I can make it out to ride it sometime soon.
Me too. It looks great. I could never have predicted that someone would rebuild a ride similar to Whizzer at SFGAm except as a wood coaster.
I still need to get on Whizzer too… between the love for the OG Zambezi and for Whizzer I’m really looking forward to getting to SFGAm as soon as I can.
Glad they’re finally getting it open. I was at the ACE event a couple weeks ago where we were supposed to get ERT, but that obviously didn’t happen lol. Good reason to get back out to WoF one day.
