Frankly, it was a lukewarm episode for me. Neither the medicine itself nor avoiding being recognised by the count played a big role; instead the big focus was in her medicine teacher from an earlier loop.

The ending was interesting though - specially thinking on how she’s going to ensure the alliance between both countries, in order to avoid the war.
