Nexius_Lobster@lemmy.worldto ADHD@lemmy.world•How do you avoid getting trapped by hyperfokusing on the wrong thing when working from home.English1·5 months agoI also have my obsidian task manager synced on both machines so when non work stuff pops into my head, I add it to my list to work on after work in my personal task manager and get back to work.
This is my first time meeting another obsidian user on lemmy! What plugin do you use to manage your task? (I use habit tracker 21 myself)

Nexius_Lobster@lemmy.worldOPMto Traditional Art@lemmy.world•by Bernardo BellottoEnglish2·5 months agoI notice you post a lot of Bellotto’s, is he an artist whose work you particularly enjoy?

Nexius_Lobster@lemmy.worldto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•To the admins and moderators of Lemmy: How often do you encounter disturbing content? How do you cope with the things that you see?8·5 months agoI moderate !traditional_art@lemmy.world and so far I have not encountered a single disturbing post that had to be removed. I imagine in non-political areas of lemmy, people are more chill.
artists would have to make public a timelapse of their paintings as a security measure, but that’s the only idea i have

Nexius_Lobster@lemmy.worldMto Traditional Art@lemmy.world•AC2024 B1 - Mixed media [Paper collage & linocut] [OC] English4·6 months agoI love this. What I like about collages is how they can sometimes overload your senses with the sheer amount of detail, not to mention the way they’re arranged and how you can shift your attention back and forth across the myriad of elements in the canvas.
(by the way, feel free to add an [OC] tag in the title if you wish)
