You make a good point. The system does incentivise ruthlessness

It’s dumb as fuck. The original argument is if a landlord doesn’t take on the financial burden and give their property to someone for free then they are somehow evil. It’s so stupid. And I don’t know what the law is where you are but in the UK a landlord can’t evict without a court order and that takes time.
That’s the point I was making.
Why did you put the word job in quotations?
And? Do you donate all the excess money you have at the end of the month to the homeless?
You just invented a scenario where the landlord stands to lose very little and the tenant stands to lose their life.
Of all the anti-landlord arguments this has to be one of the dumbest. Of course a person is going to try to protect their income. I’m not a landlord but I’m not going to let anyone jeopardize my job.
Holy shit. You keep expecting it to end but they just keep going for 5 pages.
This argument makes no sense. ICE cars have no option other than fossil fuels. Charging at home the electricity will at least be from some renewable sources, and the percentage is always increasing.
Garmin Forerunner 965. I track heart rate, pace, distance, time, etc. The map and offline Spotify features have been useful abroad. It’s nice being able to check notifications on my watch without pulling my phone out. I’m always impressed when I wake up feeling like shit and the watch tells me I had a crap night’s sleep.
He can part ways with the European Union. He’s rich regardless. It’s the people, as always, that will suffer.
Be aware of your own finances and don’t blindly trust your family.
I don’t see how that is relevant.
I’m waiting for the “it would be worse under labour” group.
I have the forerunner 965 and it’s so much better than I thought it would be. Unless Garmin make some horrendous decisions I’ll stick with their watches in future.
You can’t really judge what a person does or doesn’t deserve without at least knowing the individual.
The one I clearly described in the comment you just replied to.
