Idk if fauxbait is on Reddit, but reddit had r/jailbait, which fauxbait is emulating, albiet with the claim that the people are totally over 18 we swear. One of the big issues isn’t just that it’s kinda creepy, it’s also that since they’re wanting nudes of people who look underage, it’s easier to slip a few in who are underage or were underage at the time the picture was taken. Then you’re potentially playing with felonies for the possession of child pornography. Luckily, I don’t think media gets mirrored between instances though, so it’d only be the home instance (lemmynsfw) that runs the risk of being seized and shut down.
There’s also a community called fauxbait which is/was absolutely dedicated to finding porn that looked underage.
