A very cool plan. The only part that is annoying is a new 10% sales tax on ebikes on top of the existing 10% sales tax. You’d be better off buying your ebikes out of state at this point. Other than crippling a nascent, ultra-low carbon market in a rapidly heating world, this looks like a great plan.
