Arum, likely the Italian Arum given the region. Unfortunately it’s quite poisonous, despite the tasty appearance.
Oh ok, thank you. It was really kinda tempting to try it, haha. At least some animals seem to like it though, I also saw some complete ones with red berries on it, but this was the biggest one I saw, coconut size.
