OBJ stands for object, which is just a fancy name for a file in programming. What you see displayed is a placeholder for whatever file was meant to show there, probably a picture. Most likely the file failed to get loaded/fetched and could not be displayed. Beyond that I don’t think I can provide a more specific reason.
