Personally, I like bananas when they’re still a little green. Once the last of the green is gone, I don’t really enjoy the flavor anymore.
…but they just get sweeter man! I’m sorry but I think I may have to expose your true identity as satan :/
That’s the problem, they get too sweet, I like my bananas to have that tinge of sourness.
