So I’d like to ask in a community dedicated to asking where to find a community for a topic, but I don’t know where that is either. So I’m asking in this community where there might be a community where I can ask where there might be some community for some other topic. …;;

Not exactly what you want, but New Communities has people advertising newly created communities. You might be able to find something like what you’re looking for there.
