So I added the whole packet of instant yeast when the recipe called for less than half and now they have this horrible yeasty almost bitter after taste :(

    Thanks! I’m excited to try again a few days. I flipped mine too soon. The top layer was still uncooked so it smooched into the bubbles and ruined most of them.
