The webcomic is called Red Star Castaway. It will take place in a distant solar system home to a civilization of anthropomorphic humans, who are slowly spreading out from their lush homeworld of Kiratu and settling other planets. This new frontier has become something akin to the Wild West of Earth, full of criminals, rangers, and bounty hunters.
The story revolves around humanity’s origins on Kiratu, the remains of an ancient alien civilization, and the misadventures of the crew of the spaceship Oracle.
I like the setup. As for the comic page, the framing/panels are too spread out? if that makes sense? There’s a lot of negative space that could be filled in more efficiently
This negative space seems perfect to fill in with the environment, but i get a feeling OP doesn’t like to draw environments. Relatable, but they’re going to have to, especially if they want to sell a sci-fi setting.
