          VP gives you the experience and the name recognition. Both of those things are extremely difficult to get otherwise. 3 weeks ago, I had no idea who she was. Since then I’ve seen her on Colbert and a couple other things (she seems extremely smart and has good charisma), but the point is most folks won’t know her.

            Statistically, I don’t think she would have a very good chance after being VP. Typically, the parties change after a two term presidency. In my lifetime, I’ve only seen Bush Sr and Biden win after being VP and both were one term presidents.

              That’s true. Still hard to get behind someone I’ve never heard of though, you know? I feel that’s how the GOP mentality is. Here’s the next thing to be angry/afraid of/crazy about…go!

        Only if her being the VP would be the difference maker. VP can’t do much, but look what she’s been able to do as governor. She can make more change in her current position than any VP could do.
