This isn’t body paint, it’s a shitty photo edit. You can see that the yellow area on her left side extends beyond the edge of her actual body, and the border between the green and yellow areas is sharp and straight - it doesn’t actually follow the curves of her ribs. The white edge lines on her chest and legs don’t have any shading on them that matches the shadows on her body, they’re just pure white lines obviously drawn in software.

This is like baby’s first transparent layer photo edit. Low-effort garbage.
