    You know, thinking back - that test (and all the rest) would have yielded much better results for us if they had us do them more often.

    Instead it was normal sports most of the year and twice a year we did nothing but various strength, endurance, and sprinting exercises for one class.

      It’s a shuttle run. You’re not running laps of a track, you’re running back and forth between two cones placed 20 metres apart.

    I used to love these. I always wanted to be the last one running. One year another kid and I ran so long the bell rang so we ran some more and got to skip the next period all together.

    Oh I used to love doing the beep test! I’ve only gotten to do it 3 or 4 times but it was a great fun challenge.

    I hate those, I always get exhausted to the point of feeling pain only to produce mediocre results.

    I have seen this online so many times that I genuinely don’t know if my memory of doing it is real. Like, I don’t know if I actually had to do it in school or if it’s a false memory created by seeing so many memes like this over the last decade or so.
