Russia defeats America*
Plenty of evidence out there showing the source of a lot of this.
Greedy Americans also had a hand.
Russia isn’t to blame for this. That’s a cop out. Centuries of white supremacy, colonialism, Christian nationalism, civic religion, and unchecked capitalism have led to this moment.
Two things can be true at once.
Russia is exploiting these centuries of white supremacism and christian nationalism in order to forment chaos on in the west. It had undoubtedly helped Trump ever since 2016.
I dont blame russia for this at all. I blame our right wing media apparatus for being dishonest, and lying to middle class working people and poor folks for multiple decades. When you blast people in the face with shit opinions and false information day in and day out and they’re desperate to find a way out of shit, they will look to anyone who offers a simple solution. It’s always been that way, and we have a number of examples across different countries throughout history to look at where this has also happened.
Yes they did all those things but at the end of the day the voters believed the lies because they wanted to. We (collectively) allowed the lies to replace the truth. That can’t be blamed on anyone else.
Other way around, greedy hands defeats America, always has done.
It’s coherent and consistent for America.
