    That position looks really bad for your spine.

    Friendo, make sure to take care of your back. I recently hurt my back really bad by sitting wrong and stretching too hard - and that’s really because I spent so much of my youth not giving a shit about core strength and sitting in an officr chair too long without taking breaks… All I’m saying is, take care of your back and build core strength now while you’re young, because as you age, you’ll find out how much of your body you neglected - the hard way.
