I can post on Lemmy but I haven’t been able to figure out how to comment. I can’t see any comment option. Can someone tell me why?

You might want to try contacting their support group.
There’s also been an issue where you won’t be able to comment or post if you’re using a VPN or Tor.
What interface are you using would be a good start? Are you using the default lemmy UI? There’s a box under the post. Are you on an app? We’d need to know which app, but there’s usually a reply looking button (backwards arrow IDK)

You could do CTRL F and look for the word reply
