    Mods over there loved to take down good posts and then immediately repost them for maximum karma. They’d just make up reasons to steal shit, while you’re just out there trying to interact with a community you were passionate about.
    Bunch of turds chasing each other down the drain. Good riddance, indeed.

      The lack of a karma system on Lemmy is one of the best things about it. The underlying idea was fine, but I’m just not convinced there’s any way to implement it that doesn’t encourage low-effort shitposts. No need for karma bots when there’s no karma.

    Showerthoughts in a nutshell. Even when I went through and verified every rule was correct it was still removed. Modmail just responded “well you broke one of the rules” and would never explain which one or how.

    Yeah and if you appeal to the mods they have a superiority complex stick in their asses, same with comments, too short

    Your post was removed because you don’t have a verified email, but even if you did it would still be removed for the other 5 rule violations.
