I needed to expense some bus rides I recently took for work, so I went into Ride History in the app to gather proof for the expense report. However, only the first paid ride and first transfer of each day were showing; any rides after those for a given day were not showing. This impeded me from making the expense report. I contacted MCTS about it and got this response:

There is an issue in the app where it doesn’t show the rides taken after someone reaches their fare cap for the day. We are working to get that issue resolved.

It’s good to see that another issue with the app is on the radar for getting fixed. MCTS was also kind enough to give me a screenshot of the unabridged ride history. If you’re in a similar situation, definitely reach out to them.
