So far, Quebec is the only Canadian province that has updated its legislation to allow wheelchairs and mobility scooters on bike and roll routes and low-speed roads.

    I see this all the time and it is unacceptable.

    Your photo shows a wheelchair using a plowed roadway, because the sidewalk isn’t plowed

    Bike lane protected by concrete…

    … isn’t going to be plowed either. The only reason a regular bike lane is plowed is because it is part of the roadway.
