Which is simply not true. Israel tries the people it seizes/kidnaps/arrests whereas Hamas does not. Im not promising you that all the trials are legitimate but they happen. Israel is theoretically a aociety under rule of law.
You can find videos of trials, news stories about trials, reports from the government on how they handle these things. Im not claiming they are fair but they exist while Hamas is just straight kidnapping people.
