I waited so long to come forward and tell my story because I didn’t think anyone would believe me. But now I want people to know what happened to me, because if knowing what happened to me could prevent it happening to them, then I want them to know.

      No, it isn’t a joke. It is a performance, and there is a large difference there. I am in no way trying to excuse the modding behavior. I’ve already stated that it is YTB.

          Look. It sucks. The community itself is satire. They made a shitty choice on a community that doesn’t even really fit on the instance. I’ve probably been over defensive since we just recently had to collectively summon the admin to ban a literal Nazi troll. I am not defending the moderation actions taken, because they were bad. I am defending this post in this community as it is.
