I would have less of an issue with the DARE program if it was actually educational, and not just progaganda in the drug war.

        Face it people, drugs won.

Anything that can hijack the pleasure center of your brain can be problematic. Whether it be drugs, food, sex, whatever.

        Balance in all things.

I have never heard someone as excited as that man about a recreational drug before. That man could have legalized any drug he wanted if given a national platform. Sadly, I’ve heard he’s passed so the dream of having the kid from brooklyn run on the platform of legalizing quaaludes will never happen.

Also, his name was apparently Michael Caracciolo, and he has a hell of a IMDb page as a camera operator. Not sure if it’s the same Michael Caracciolo though.

Edit: doesn’t look like it’s the same Caracciolo, however, this interview does show him as having amazing foresight. (Use Firefox’s reader mode to bypass the login wall)

I have. You have to have known or be around real drug addicts lol. I say that with zero judgement or negative connotation. But I’ve only ever seen real addicts get this way with their favorite drug. Especially if they’ve been away from it.

I read the whole article, thanks for sharing. Seemed like a really cool guy, definitely a loss for the world.
