Wilhelmina doesn’t get mad until you send your first trade route to somewhere other than her cities. Now she may be out of range and you wouldn’t be capable of trading with her, but you still can run a route. Generally the only people who should want to trade with her though are ghengis and Kublai Khan. The Dutch need to go.

I agree. There’s two things in this world i can’t stand: people that are intolerant of other people’s cultures, and the Dutch.
