I remember playing a web game about surviving in the arctic, I think. It was a turn-based grid-based roguelike. We needed to find clothes, food and observe the sun movements to find our route to safety. The graphics were very simple. As far as I remember, there were no combat and survival was very hard, with hunger and hypothermia being common threats.

Has anyone else played it? I don’t remember the name and can’t find it anymore.

Hi! I think I found some games that might be what you’re looking for!

    Check these out!

    • Die for a Dolphin: This one’s a super simple survival game where you’re stuck in the cold. Sounds kinda like what you described?
    • Cold: Another survival game where you have to manage your temp, hunger, and thirst. Pretty harsh environment, just like you said!
    • Survive the Wild: This one’s a bit more general, but you still have to manage your needs and navigate the wilderness.

    Worth a shot?

    • Itch.io: I know you’re looking for web-based games, and Itch.io’s got a ton of 'em! You can search for survival and rogutype games with Arctic themes.
    • Kongregate: Same deal as Itch.io - tons of web-based games, including survival and roguelikes. Give it a shot!

Hope one of these is the game you’ve been thinking of!
