My personal computers run Linux, and again, no MS spam. So yeah, don’t use Windows and you won’t get MS spam. You should probably also use DuckDuckGo or another privacy-centric search engine.

My work computer is macOS and I’ve never seen a recommendation to use Bing despite using a ton of Microsoft products for work.
