      Bosphorus and Dardanelles straits are too strategic for US, Turkey will always have huge baraining chip with them so it would be very impratical for them to leave NATO and lose that leverage.

        It would be, if we could trust Turkey to actually honor it’s alliance commitment, but it is equally likely at this time they’d just say ‘nope, we’re not participating in this war’ and bugger off.

    I wish everyone would just pull the rug on Turkey already. They’ve been getting sweetheart treatment due to their geographical importance while pissing on everything they touch for decades. They’re a full clown makeup country at this point. No one should take them seriously.
