Papers have been filed in an attempt to remove Arizona’s "Right to Work" law from the state constitution.Right to Work laws let states determine if workers can be required to join a union to get or keep a job.Robert Nichols with the group Arizona Works Together claims the provision weakens unions.
I’m confused. ELI5, is this good or bad?
Unions good. Right to work states bad. Right to work states steal from you and you earn less overall than organizing with others for fair pay and benefits.
Thank you!
