Idk how people become alcoholics. Alcohol is absolute murder on my stomach even when I only have small amounts (no matter what type of alcohol…seltzer, wine, beer, hard liquor). I do drink when I’m sad, but I hardly have enough to get buzzed and I wake up the next day wanting to puke my guts out.
My mom will have like 2-3 beers every night. If I did that every night, I’d be puking and shitting all day.
Right. I get that it’s not that much. My point is that even small quantities of alcohol like that give me really bad GI issues. I don’t know how people do it and are just normal afterwards.
You don’t mention the alcohol?

Lol 2-3 beers is not that much. At that amount it’s probably even healthy. Like the “one glass of red wine per day” argument.

I always loved the Tyrion quote in Game of Thrones, he says about being drunk all the time, it’s not easy. “If it was easy, everyone would do it.”
