      I would guess HOA rules (that ban things in a certain way, like no “disconnected” living spaces or nothing with different styling, limit on parked cars) or something like that.

      Or maybe it was a bet or fun project for a past-its-life vehicle.

        I would guess form the look of the place that it is out in the country with no HOA rules or approvals needed.

          Trailer parks (or probably any landlord) can have overbearing rules too. Even if you own it (which can be an issue as mobile homes aren’t actually that mobile after they’ve settled in for a while)

            I didn’t mean in a trailer park. I meant just out in the country-side on a random piece if land.
