YouTube is running an experiment asking some users to disable their ad blockers or pay for a premium subscription, or they will not be allowed to watch videos.

Also filterlists.com has plenty of Anti-adblock filters (they remove the Disable adblock messages and scripts associated with them) and if needed there are also GreaseMonkey scripts that can also be used as well.
