EDIT: just looked it up, saw some pepe memes that were otherwise surprisingly tame, kept scrolling, found someone complaining that after his favorite youtuber got cancelled they didn’t just “tell the gays to go kill themselves and continue making videos as normal” as OP had advised them to since “the only people who would have supported your homophobia were us” and conservatives who hate nazis are bogus, you should just embrace them. then i found that one of the site admins retooted a hard R because he thought it was funny.

i must confess i’m a bit sad. when i read the rules and saw “do not post threats against anyone the US government would classified as protected” i really thought the pepe people had cleaned up their act this time. guess that was wishful thinking on my part. :/
