Grand Theft Auto 6 is currently planned for release in 2025 on Xbox Series X and S, and PlayStation 5. But for now, there's absolutely no word on a PC release.

Gta V ran like dogshit on the 360 with 512mb ram. Load times for everything. I’d expect this to be a similar story
