I am running KDE Plasma on Wayland, just plain KWin with carefully selected decorations and a personal modification of one of the various Aura themes (I chose a random one then I go heavy on customizations) The panel and dock are latte-dock :)

I only just got latte-dock. I’ll need to look into panels, it looks really good.
