Hello, hello! We are back again with some more Pop!_OS COSMIC updates from the team at System76. But first, there’s been an exciting update to Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS!
At this precise moment, if you want to try out the stacked windows features, you have to add the stacking branch to the system with sudo apt-manage add popdev:stacking. When the branch is merged you’ll have to remove it with sudo apt-manage remove popdev-stacking.
Coming from Gnome and macOS, there are certain menu bar widgets I would really love to port over or create from scratch.
Primarily, I would like to have system stats (CPU, RAM, Disk, temperature) with graphs (similar to iStats on macOS and Vitals on Gnome). Are there any developer documentation or a sample repository that 3rd party devs can look at?
