I have more carrier bloat than Samsung. If I really wanted to I could root. More bloat on iPhones and you can’t root shit easily.

In fairness you can uninstall pretty much all of the stock apps on an iPhone.

Last I checked you can’t uninstall Samsung Browser or the included Facebook app without root.

My newest Samsung didn’t have Facebook and it was Google that asked what apps I wanted to have on initialization. You can uninstall Facebook if you downloaded fro the galaxy store. You can uninstall almost all the Samsung apps and can disable/hide the others.

Can you uninstall safari from iPhone? The answer is no. Can you uninstall siri? No, you can disable it just as you can with Bixby The “bloat” people talk about are present on both ecosystems.

This is a disingenuous argument as you can’t remove Android WebView either, without it core OS features stop working - same as Safari - which is outlined in the article you linked.

Are you staying your original statement is disingenuous? Because I’m saying that the thing Apple users state about bloat isn’t true with Samsung Android phones. You can uninstall core apps on either ecosystem.
