I re-checked. With 1 wheel per crafting, 4.33 crafts per tick, and 60 ticks per second, I get 4.33 x 60 = 260. I may have missed something, but not sure what.
Perhaps the biggest advantage is that the Foundry has a built-in 50% productivity bonus, which can be further boosted with the machine’s 4 module slots.
I read the last image caption “A legendary foundry crafting at a swift +2500% speed, completing 4.33 crafts per tick.” with the assumption that all bonuses were taken into account.
I read some place else that it was 480/s, but I haven’t done the math myself

So 4.33 * 60 * 1.5 = 480
I see! That checks out.
