Hi,

OpenRGB doesnt open when i try to start it. It loads for 2 seconds on my mouse, then absoluty nothing happens.

A few days before everything was working fine.

I tried deleting all files and redownloading several times.

I did try to run as admin.

I see no tasks on my task manager related to OpenRGB.

Help would be very appreciated! Thank you :)

    Thanks, i will check that out and report back.

    I did run OpenRGB as admin the first time. As i said, it used to run perfectly and then one day it just didnt. Dont know what changed.

    I also always do try to run it as admin, when i try top open it again, no help so far.

      I had the same problem not being able to get OpenRGB to run after tried everything above and reinstalled. I don’t know if you still have the problem but here is how I fixed it.

      Deleting the whole openrgb folder does not really uninstall it completely, there is still data like profiles in the appdata/roaming folder. I suppose my problem is one of the profile name I created was not in English, which caused the problem.

      If you still can get it running, maybe try reinstalling again. Delete the whole openrgb folder, and then go to C/users/“yourusername”/AppData/Roaming and delete the openrgb folder there.

        Oh my god bro, it worked! You just helped me so hard, thank you so much! I had the problem the whole time, didnt manage to fix it… I just randomly checked this forum again with no real help, and seeing you answer exicted me already! Now that it really works, i cannot begin to describe my gratitude! Thanks so much man.
