My observations is that people in the US are still free to criticize the government however they see fit. Do you have examples to the contrary, or if not, how to you reconcile this?

Police forcibly removing peaceful protestors who say israel is commiting genocide. To me this is trying to silence critisicm of the intitution supporting it
