Dare I point out that, based on the circumstances, their silence is proof that there is no case they can make aside from fallacious slight of hand. They are abusing the natural gullibilities typical of the kinds of socialists that frequent here, which would fall apart under two-sided analysis. @Blaze@feddit.org, @Blaze@lemmy.zip, and/or @Blaze@lemmy.cafe who have showed haste ought to take note.

Nvm, it’s a different federation glitch causing this, the one that leads you to the wrong places.
This is an oxymoron. Technically it’s the 6th graders who read like adults, since specifying 54% of adults causes them to be the standard here.

I don’t think a ban would be seen as ceasing to be a ban just because there are federation glitches right now that causes the ban to fail to be federated (not to be confused with a community you are “banned” from and only your instance can interact with you in), but whatever. You’re probably right. Assuming you’re even anyone who has been here before.
I cited Snopes too.
This does undermine the OP’s point.

It’s more like a federation glitch. The modlogs don’t always represent a situation correctly. Hence what you said after that. On my end, it appears as multiple communities. So I stand corrected.

It doesn’t affect the website in its own country, but it still prevents the website from being usable in the country that blocked it.
In the past, I too may have said he’s probably not aware of the fediverse, but then a fediverse mod blew up a fertility clinic a few weeks ago. That at least puts us all on the far edges of the NSA’s radar. Even Kiwi Farms has never produced any mass saboteurs.

They just need to be someone who can say they spent all day on an art piece. The incentive for that goes away when it amounts to something that other people can enjoy without any boundaries.

Almost every instance has defederated from Burggit because its terms of service mention they will turn a blind eye to pedo content. Pedo content, quite obviously, is highly illegal (at least in the majority of first world nations), which shouldn’t have to be mentioned to people. Nobody is applying that logic to Burggit.

I for one also looked at this several times over to see what I might be missing. Typically common wisdom is to look at people being against you and to reflect. But at least some of these things I see, if not all of them, absolutely baffle me. Dare I say you’re not totally going crazy, you really did come upon people of unsound judgment, caused by (metaphorically) something in the water. I mean, a guy is upset you sued the fediverse in karmacourt? They are upset just because you are registered on a certain website even though you have no explicit history of targeting people (because I actually checked the account)? They want to eliminate you for your autism? I was waiting for someone else to reply, but seeing as they wanted me to, let it be known you are NTA. Whether or not you are crazy, the crowd definitely is.
