Which area of Germany?
You can do this with TaskbarX
If I’m still using degoogled chromium… Am I still supporting Google? :(
I pay ~$10/mo for eweka(usenet provider) and nzbfinder.ws(usenet indexer). You do not need a VPN while connecting as long as you are using TLS when downloading. It’s not really like a private tracker because it’s not even torrenting. You’re downloading direct from the usenet provider.
My god yes. The download speeds are so fast and I have never had issues with quality while using it. No more waiting 3 weeks to download a movie with 1 seeder.
If you have any questions, I can answer to the best of my ability.
Good idea - looks like you may be able to get one on ebay used for less than $200.
I went with a p2000. I use plex, but I imagine usage would be similar. I’ve had 5 people using it at the same time transcoding 4k to 1080 with no issues. Good luck!
There is a lot of misinformation and people linking articles they haven’t really read. I’m not going to address them because I don’t feel like it.
I would suggest for anyone who doesn’t like how slow and clunky Firefox is, to look into Ungoogled chromium. If you still decide to switch to Firefox, consider librewolf if you are ACTUALLY concerned about privacy and not just jumping on the bandwagon of hating Google ITT
Congrats on your first setup. I would recommend making sure you have fail2ban set up and test it. If you’re keeping anything important, get backups going… I worry for new self-hosters that may have a security issue and lose their hard work to a vulnerability.
I am surprised you didn’t install graphene on it? Seems to be the only reason to buy a pixel imo
Lidarr to dl and plex/plexamp for listening. No issues so far. Haven’t got to use sonic analysis yet but it’s interesting that you could choose 2 songs and it will use sonic analysis to make a Playlist bridging between the two.
Oops. It’s a quadro 600, not p600. My bad. Using nvidia 390 driver.
Not sure - But I’d definitely be game to run an AMD card if it fits my use case!
Yes! My coworker does this and I think it’s pretty cool.
You can just install cinnamon on Ubuntu if you can figure out your driver issues.
Debian or plain Ubuntu has been my go to. Virtio GPU Pass-through to a windows kvm with looking glass for easyanticheat or battle eye games
